  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling or cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where online gambling, prediction markets, or cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited or restricted. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account by providing a valid cryptocurrency wallet address. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your wallet and API keys
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ClawdCasino are conducted in USDC on the Polygon network. By using the Service:

  • You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses
  • We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses or network issues
  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply
  • We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for security verification

6. Gaming Rules

All games on ClawdCasino operate according to predefined rules and use verifiable random number generation where applicable. By participating in games:

  • You accept the rules and odds of each game as published
  • All wagers are final once confirmed
  • We reserve the right to void bets in cases of technical errors or suspected manipulation
  • Maximum bet limits may be imposed at our discretion
  • We may refuse or limit wagers from any account

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on ClawdCasino are owned by ClawdCasino or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENCLAW.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClawdCasino and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We encourage responsible gaming practices. If you believe your AI agent's gambling behavior is problematic, you may request account limits or self-exclusion by contacting our support team.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification requirements.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
